Symptoms

 A user configured  a custom attribute  for Selecting and Saving MULTIPLE VALID VALUES  from the list in the tbs_utils.
 But when the user tries  to save this custom attributes values  in one of the circuit connection design the CUSTOM ATTRIBUTE, values are not getting saved .
