Symptoms
On NCC (Network Charging and Control) 5.0.0.0+, Oracle Database exceptions are not being translated from their raw ORA form to a human readable format. For example:
It is expected that Oracle DB exceptions are translated into error text which is understandable by customers using the ACS screens. The correct format of the above exception is:
