A new method is needed to remove a name from named_trans_flist:
Currently, there are methods just to set/get the name on named_trans_flist:
AIA maintains the distributed transaction, where the order may have multiple lines where each line represents a product in BRM. To process the order, AIA calls purchase product API to BRM per each line. A BRM user populates the named flist in their opcode (API) to use it further in the flow of purchase product and they would like to drop the named flist once the product is purchased to make sure the values do not get used in the next request (to purchase another line). Currently in their code, they are setting the named flist to NULL with an assumption that it drops the named flist. But in reality, the SET named flist function does nothing if the flist pointer is NULL. As per the user's implementation, the named flist populated per line should be dropped and not be consumed by the next line within the same transaction (handled in AIA). So, they need Oracle's help to support the dropping of named flist within the transaction.
