Symptoms
MetaSolv appears to no longer randomly assign tasks to selective work queues based on the work load as it use to. When we have a parent work queue set to "auto assign" and then multiple child work queues under it, the application use to assign tasks to different users based on the number of tasks in each child queue. This functionality no longer appears to work? It appears to pick the same individual's work queue every time you chose the parent queue when you assign the tasks.
