MWM Orders Missing From ORS And Not Being Scheduled or Dispatched

Today, there are ~300 orders in MWM that are not found in the ORS database. These orders are not getting assigned or dispatched. Dispatchers are manually dispatching these orders as a workaround. The logs do not indicate any crashes or disruptions to the running processes.
MWM and ORS orders were compared with the following SQL:
WHERE A.FO_NUMBER = B.FO_NUMBER AND B.FO_NUMBER NOT IN (SELECT STOP_ID FROM ORS.STOP)
AND FO_TYPE NOT IN ('BREAK', 'POU')
AND B.FO_CMPL_STATUS = 'O' ---- Open orders
AND B.FO_NUMBER NOT IN (SELECT STOP_ID FROM ORS.STOP_ARCHIVE)
order BY A.DIVISION, B.SCHED_FROM_DTTM DESC
