MWM Orders Missing From ORS And Not Being Scheduled or Dispatched (Doc ID 1544174.1)

There are ~300 orders in MWM that are not found in the ORS database. These orders are not getting assigned or dispatched.  Dispatchers are manually dispatching these orders as a workaround. The logs do not indicate any crashes or disruptions to the running processes.
