Information in this document applies to any platform.
Argus Insight is showing the message that case is deleted in Argus from last ETL though case is still available in Argus. Its happening for all the cases including new and migrated cases.
1) Go to Create Query > Case Series
2) Execute any Query
3) Click on the hyper link of any case
4) Observe the following message:
message: This case has been deleted in Argus Safety since the last ETL
