Symptoms

Using Advanced Supply Chain Planning / Standard Data Collection
When attempting to perform MSCCLRFS module: APS Collections Refresh Snapshot Thread
during MSRFWOR module: Refresh Collection Snapshots
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error refreshing individual snapshot : APPS.MTL_MTRX_TMP_SN
Error : ORA-32321: REFRESH FAST of "APPS"."MTL_MTRX_TMP_SN" unsupported after detail table TRUNCATE

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. (R) Advanced Supply Chain Planner
2. (N) Collections / Oracle Systems / Standard Collection
3. Review the APS Collections Refresh Snapshot Thread requests for the ORA-32321
