Real-Time Wallet Notifications With Notification Type of Balance Expiry and a Threshold Value Do Not Work (Doc ID 1544699.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 4.4.1 to 5.0.2 [Release 4.4 to 5.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The Prepaid Charging-> Wallet Management -> Real-Time Wallet Notifications (RTWN) provides five Notification Type options with the first 3 allowing a Threshold value to be defined.  The options are:

  1. Balance Expiry
  2. Charging
  3. Recharging
  4. Wallet Expiry (Threshold field greyed out)
  5. Wallet State Change (Threshold field greyed out)

If a Balance Expiry notification type is configured with an optional Threshold value defined, then its notification does not trigger correctly when the balance type expires.
