A cancel event did not happen for tailormade products.
Consider this scenario:
1) On 1/10/2013, create an account
2) On 2/1/2013, backdate a monthly product with tailormade product to 1/15/2013
a) Proration tailormade product from 1/15/2013 to 2/10/2013
b) Promotion tailormade product from 2/10/2013 to 2/15/2013
=>The base should start from 2/15/2013 to 03/10/2013
3) On 3/1/2013, ran billing (but there is no difference than 2/10/2013)
The cancel event didn't happen for the tailormade products on 2/10/2013
The cycle event happened on 2/10/2013 for the promotion and base
