A Suspense Management Center User Having Granted with Sufficient Permissions Cannot Search Records nor Batches (Doc ID 1545216.1)

Symptoms

A Suspense Management Center user cannot "Search Records" nor "Search Batches", even though the right permissions, or role, are granted : the "Search Records" and the "Search Batches" from the Suspense Management Center are grayed out, unavailable to the user.

It is interesting to note that the problem only appears on the translated french version of the Suspense Mangement Center client and does not impact the other English version of it.

This problem may happen if you use a 7.4 PS8 FR (french) version of the Suspense Management Center client.
