A Suspense Management Center User Having Granted with Sufficient Permissions Cannot Search Records nor Batches

A Suspense Management Center user cannot "Search Records" nor "Search Batches", even though the right permissions, or role, are granted : the "Search Records" and the "Search Batches" from the Suspense Management Center are grayed out, unavailable to the user.
The following screenshot shows
- The role assigned to the Suspense Management Center user, which assigns the right set of permissions:
- The 7.4 PS8 FR Client which does not correctly activate the "Search Records" and the "Search Batches" button as instructed by the user permissions.
- The 7.4 PS8 Client which correctly activates the "Search Records" and the "Search Batches" button as instructed by the user permissions.
This problem may happen if you use a 7.4 PS8 FR (french) version of the Suspense Management Center client.
