Activity Arrival Time Is NULL Due to Schedule Changes By a Custom Process (Doc ID 1545622.1)

Symptoms

Certain tasks are not being dispatched because Arrival Time is NULL while the shift is PLANNED.  A blank Gantt Shift screen is displayed for the activity with 'Message Number 11001, 101'   It is unknown how this scenario occurs.

If the task is edited manually, it does calculate Arrival Time and processing continues normally.
