Problem Reconnecting Parent Service Item (PRBUNDLE) Using Activity Code iactr In The createOrderByValueRequest XML API (Doc ID 1545986.1)

Symptoms

Want to reconnect all the service items using the XML API on an existing PSR disconnect order. To do that use the XML API createOrderByValueRequest and set the activity code with the value of "iactr" (<ser:activityCd>iactd</ser:activityCd>) but the result reconnects all service items except the parent service Item which still shows in the MetaSolv GUI as "Disconnect" status.
