While deploying cartridge PAR file using CMT getting error Can not get destination information, the provider URL is null. (Doc ID 1546424.1)

Goal

 After creating  a new JMS queue in the cartridge, you are able to deploy successfully from Design Studio. New code is testing OK.

When you generate a PAR and deploy through CMT, you encounter the following error:

Can not get destination information. The destination JNDI name is %{PO_CC_INTERNAL_Q_JNDI}, the provider URL is null>
