Goal

In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), for the Interest Rate Codes defined in Rate Management, is a rate conversion done for the TP method "Cash Flow: Zero Discount Factors" if the Rate Format is "Yield to Maturity"?  Are the converted rates output to Financial Element (FE) 437?  Does FTP use the Compound Basis and Accrual Basis defined for the IRC when calculating the transfer rate?
