Inability to see a Preview of Crew Shifts for a Shift Weekly Template

Symptoms
When trying to preview a Crew Shift from a Shift Weekly Template, the Preview sections is displayed, but without any data.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Common Shift Weekly Template
2. Add the individual Shift Templates for the daily Crew Shifts
3. Subscribe a Crew to the template and select Process Now
4. Click the Crew name, to navigate to their individual Shift Weekly Template
5. Click the Review tab and notice the individual Crew Shifts on the calendar
6. Right click on a Crew Shift and select Broadcast
7. The page refreshes and the Crew Shift Preview section on the bottom of the page is displayed, but without any information
