Symptoms

After upgraded from 7.4 PS14 to 7.5 PS4, there is an issue while loading rated event files through pin_rel. This happens when an item object is created on fly. This is observed occuring only when the underlying item is defined in config_ item_tags_t as generic service and event, say "/service/xx/*" and "/event/delayed/session/*".

Steps to reproduce:

4. Load the rated file through the pin_rel.
