  Product: BRM 7.4. PS13

There is a problem in Settlement of a dispute.
When the Settlement is applied, the transferred value to disputed item doesn’t appears in the BLOB Object (event_item_transfer_buf_t table) and INVOICE_DATA (EVENT_T table) of the transfer event (/event/billing/item/transfer) and settlement event (/event/billing/settlement/item) respectively; while in other transactions of transferred, the transferred value appears in these records of the tables.

What is the cause of this behavior? Is it right?
 This is by design.

In case of settlement the BLOB object will have the denied amount. It will not have the settled amount.
