The application crashes with an "Error Number 91" when opening the Activation Report from the Customer Summary > List of Telephone Numbers page

MetaSolv Solution version 6.2.1
The application crashes with an "Error Number 91" when clicking the Telephone Number link in the Customer Profile's Customer Summary > List of Telephone Numbers page to open the Activation Report. Below is the error displayed in the GUI.
1. Open the Customer Profile for a Customer Account having an In Service telephone number where the telephone number is assigned to a product having a specification defined with an Item Type of CONNECTOR.
2. Click the Telephone numbers link from the Customer Summary page.
3. Click the Telephone Number link on the List of Telephone numbers page and the application will crash with the Error Number 91.
