Getting Error 500 When Trying to Access the Login Screen (Doc ID 1548109.1)

Symptoms

After installing 7.0.1 upon attempting to access the Login screen an error 500 page is displayed.  All the Security configurations per the AI Security Config Guide were performed.  Following is an excerpt from the Log file:
