Getting Error 500 When Trying to Access the Login Screen (Doc ID 1548109.1)

Symptoms

I just installed 7.0.1 in our Validation environment and get an error 500 page displayed when trying to access the Login screen.  I performed all the Security configurations as per the AI Security Config Guide.  The attached error message is displayed in the Log file.
