When including attachments with an email notification for Business Process (BP) records the document name in the zip file attachment of the email has a number appended at the beginning of the file name. What is the purpose of the number and can this feature be deactivated?
The BP record in Unifier has an attachment with the file name “Chrysanthemum.jpg”
However, the file name in the zip file attachment of the sent email has a file name of “31120_Chrysanthemum.jpg”
Company Workspace > Administration Mode > select and configure the BP workflow > for each step, there is a check box to add attachments with the email notification, this must be checked to include the zip file attachment in an email
