How to Use Data from CD_PREM for Custom Answers Maps in OBIU 2.4.0? (Doc ID 1548417.1)

Goal

In CD_ADDR table the state,city columns are not used and are therefore (null) values. While CD_PREM holds some of the data for state/city in UDF columns.
If user were to create our own map answers that are based on data from CD_PREM would this still be an issue for maps displaying incorrectly?
