Nullification Reports Do Not Contain The Current Case Data (Doc ID 1548727.1)

Goal

When a case is deleted Argus creates a Nullification Report.

Users update the Narrative with information on why the case is nullified before the case is deleted. 

They save the case and then delete the case. 

Argus schedules the nullification, however the updates are not being captured in the Nullification Report.

The Nullification report looks to be a copy of the last submitted report with just some tags updated.
