Nullification Reports Do Not Contain The Current Case Data

When a case is deleted Argus is creating a Nullification Report.
Users are updating the Narrative with information on why the case is nullified before the case is deleted.
They save the case and then delete the case.
Argus is scheduling the nullification, however the updates are not being captured in the Nullification Report.
The Nullification report looks to be a copy of the last submitted report with just some tags updated.
