Goal

We created an account called ASAP_ADMIN in the ASAP Weblogic domain, which has Administrator and many other permissions.

The cartridge deployment fails, with a permissions type of error.

When we try to use the default Administrator account created in the same ASAP Web Logic domain, called weblogic.  With that account, we do not have any issues.

We need to use 'ASAP_ADMIN' to deploy cartridges, not the default Administrator.
