Symptoms

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control's (OCNCC) EDR Control Agent (ECA) appears to be corrupting the first extension digit it passes to slee_acs.

The value of the buffer is garbled text or digits and does not correspond to the field that was appearing in the Event Data Record (EDR) that was submitted to ECA.
