ACS Tracing Based on Number Prefixes Does not Trace Calls (Doc ID 1548828.1)

Symptoms

 When one attempts to dynamically enable debug using the tracing capability of Advanced Call Services (ACS), it traces the numbers, but only if the destAddress or origAddress fields of eserv.config's ACS.tracing section contain full numbers (as opposed to number prefixes). Using prefixes, a call will not trigger tracing and the call will not be traced.

Changes

 Attempt to enable dynamic tracing using number prefixes.
