When Logging Into P6.2.1 Through Citrix, Press Enter On Login Screen And No Other Windows Come Up.

On : Primavera 6.2.1 version, P6 Install, Upgrades, and Configuration

When logging into P6.2.1 through Citrix, press enter on login screen and no further windows come up and nothing happens

Users cannot login to P6.2.1 unless they are granted All Resource Access in Global Security policy.

This behavior only happens with some users.

Users should be able to log into Primavera successfully

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Primavera via Citrix
  2. Press enter on the login screen, login screen disappears and no further windows are loaded
  3. No error was thrown either

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log into P6
