Calendar Server 7 Reports "Unknown Store Version: 7(Internal_Store_Error)" Error When Starting Up (Doc ID 1549036.1)

Symptoms

Calendar Server 7 (CS 7) with a mixture of patch-08 and patch-09 on the servers.

After a restart of CS 7, calendar is unable to communicate with the Oracle back-end.  The following errors are observed in the errors.0 log:

This issue is seen on more than one server when a restart is performed.
