Goal
After upgrading BRM 7.4 to 7.4 PatchSet 15, in the Pricing Center, once we try to "Create a new price list file from the database", it is not creating a new price list file.
cm.pinlog, shows the error "Unable to get price list, opcode PCM_OP_PRICE_GET_PRICE_LIST returned an error"
