Weblogic Fails to Start and Fails to Connect to the Reveleus Server When Starting OFSAA Services (Doc ID 1549996.1)

Symptoms

For Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) with a Weblogic web server, the OFSAA Infrastructure login screen does not load after you update ports for Weblogic, the Reveleus Server, the router, and other OFSAA server processes.  When you try to access the login screen, the following message is displayed in Internet Explorer:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

You have been updating the ports in your OFSAA environment because you are now running multiple OFSAA applications on the same physical host.

Looking at the nohup.out file created when you try to start Weblogic, it never gets to the "RUNNING" state and it stops at the following point:

These are the last lines in the nohup.out.  The Weblogic server fails to start.
