AutoVue "Vue Server" Connection Is "Failed status code is :404" After Installing AutoVue for Agile (Doc ID 1550104.1)

Symptoms

When using AutoVue for Agile and attempting to connect to the AutoVue server the VueServlet throws the following error in the log file:

java.lang.Exception: Can't connect to the URL :http://file_manager.domain.com:8080/Filemgr/VueServlet Failed status code is :404

Check the File Manager Configuration page http://file_manager.domain.com:8080/Filemgr/Configuration and notice that the Vue Server says "Failed":

Vue Server Connection http://file_manager.domain.com:8080/Filemgr/VueServlet Failed

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Try to view an attachment using AutoVue from Agile.
  2. Notice the error in the AutoVue server log.
