OCSC PN Failover: Inconsistent Response From OCSC For Activity Test (Doc ID 1550701.1)

Symptoms

Inconsistent response from OCSC for activity test. When Call is on going on and primary link goes down, OCSC sends AT (ActivityTest) message on secondary link. If OCSC does not receive response for AT on secondary link (returnresultlast), then on time pout for AT response , sometimes OCSC sends abort and sometime release call.

Both can be found in the logs: 

1. In the normal case IMSCf releases the call on timeout which can be found in logs:
