Symptoms

Scale wrongly calculated when products are cancelled

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
There is a promotion tailormade product that ends on 4/8/2019 and the annual renewal was 3/11/2019. When we suspend the asset on 4/19/2013, there seems to be a problem with the calculation of scale.

Logs doesn't show how the scale was calculated, but it looks like the unused scale was multiplied twice to get the scale they used. I.e. expected value is:

338     327
---- * ----- = 0.89344262295082 = days unused / days in cycle
366     338

while the actual result was:

338     327     338
---- * ----- * ----- = 0.82509182119502
366     338     366

where:

338 = days charged
327 = days unused
366 = days in cycle
