Symptoms

When configuring sample reports in BI Publisher, if *all* reports under a direct folder are not linked to its associated data model, when attempting to expand the folder in P6 to view reports which were configured, the report(s) will not display (in fact, no reports display under the folder) and the following error is logged to the P6WebAccess.html log file each time a folder in this scenario is expanded:
