Goal

Events were completed in MDS but went to UAS in NMS.  Errors like the following are in the mdsgateway log file.

What can cause the following messages to appear in the mdsgateway log file?

Error(-76), could not restore outage on device,100.1000. Make sure there are no tags on the device
Error(-127), could not restore outage on device,100.1000. Make sure there are no tags on the device
