Symptoms
With Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC), on all versions released before version NCC 5.0.1.0.
When installing the Prepaid Charging Template (CPS), the installation tool alters the eserv.config to add an acsCharging section on each Service Logic Controller (SLC).
However, it adds this new section in the incorrect location, as a subsection of CCS (Charging Control Services) instead of a top level configuration item.
