Purpose

The END_CALL_REASON tag is populated in the Charging Control Services (CCS) Event Detail Record (EDR) generated on a Voucher Wallet Server (VWS).  It defines how a call/session, invoked through the UATB (Universal Attempt Termination with Billing) node, have ended.
