Running Huge BOM Comparison Report Causing Agile Application Server To Hang With Stuck Thread (Doc ID 1552056.1)

Agile Application Server hangs and users are unable to login to Agile.
See below errors in Agile Application Server log:
<Error> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000337> <[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '20' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' has been busy for "1,319" seconds working on the request "weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletRequestImpl@4cb468[
]", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "1,200" seconds. Stack trace:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run BOM comparison report with huge BOM
