Goal
The opcode PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_ORDERED_BAL_GRP for participating in membership is not working as expected when we execute it from testnap or when we call from custom opcode. It's returning null flist. The same opcode is working fine when we hit the request from Customer Center.
