Event Adjustments Are Taking Time To Process (Doc ID 1552364.1)

In our performance test environment we have an account which has 84k sub accounts (payable). The event adjustment takes time (nearly 5 mins) when an event level adjustment is made for a sub account under a given bill using customer center.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a parent account with 84k Sub-accounts (each sub account can have two services and two recurring charges) - parent account pays for its charges and sub-accounts pays for its charges - no sharing of charges.
2. Generate bills for parent and sub-accounts.
3. Apply an event adjustment by selecting a particular sub-accounts bill (a specific charge under account), it takes around 5 minutes to create the adjustment.
