Setting MWM v2 Drip Horizon or Drip Mode To Dispatch All Activities To Crew (Doc ID 1552522.1)

Goal

To dispatch all the activities in the Service Area, the customer changed the Drip Horizon to 99. This did not dispatch all the activities to the Crew. The status on the Activities were still Being Scheduled.
