Symptoms
On Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAAI) 7.x, when attempting to create a new Data Filter or attempting to create a new Dimension Member, the UI appears to hang and does not complete loading. The following errors can be found in the nohup.out of the reveleusstartup.sh:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Financial Services Applications -> Master Maintenance -> Dimension Management -> Members
2. Click the Add button
OR
1. Financial Services Applications -> Master Maintenance -> Filters
2. Attempt to create a new Data Filter
