How To Cleaning Up Sample BRM Data After Installing PDC?

We are using PDC 220.127.116.11 version. In PDC Installation and system admin Guide, they mentioned that login as pdc user and run
the following script to clean up real-time and batch-time data.
But we are not able to run the above script with pdc user.
When we are trying to run the update_pin_tables.sql script showing following error.
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
1) So, should we login as pin01 and INTEGRATE user to clean-up the real-time and batch-time data respectively.
2) If we delete the sample data in BRM and PIPELINE, how does it effect the both databases?
Because script "update_pin_tables.sql" is removing the pricing data like beid and rum.
How does it effects the products and customers, whose data is already created in BRM?
Please confirm on the same.
