Data Access Pack (DAP) is Not Compliant With the XML Schema Definition Language "dateTime" DataType Format (Doc ID 1552850.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Communication Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) Software version 5.0.0.1.0, the XML Schema Definition (XSD) language dateTime datatype format used by DAP (Data Access Pack) is CCYYMMDDThhmmss.  This is not compliant with the dateTime datatype format defined in the XML schema specification - http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/.

The following is an example of a DAP generated request with a non-compliant dateTime expiration field:

 
As referenced here: http://books.xmlschemata.org/relaxng/ch19-77049.html ... "the basic format of ISO 8601 calendar datetimes, CCYYMMDDThhmmss, isn't supported."
