Free Bundle Validity Dates Not Aligned to Monthly Cycle for Backdated Deal During Account Creation (Doc ID 1552865.1)

Symptoms

There is an issue with validity dates in the below scenarios:

1) 28.09.2012 - Create a customer and subscription account with billing day of month as 1st and with an advanced free bundles deal starting from 27.09.2012 00:00:00
    Here 2 bundles will be provided, one for 27-SEP-12 to 27-OCT-12 and another for 27-OCT-12 to 27-NOV-12 without aligning the validity dates to monthly cycle.

    Expected here: 27-SEP-12 to 1-Oct-12 and 1-Oct-12 to 1-Nov-12

2) 01.10.2012 - Do billing and check the bundles value and validity
    Here no new bundles is provided.

3) 01.11.2012 - Do billing and check the bundles value and validity
    Here 2 new bundles for 27-NOV-12 to 01-DEC-12 and for 01-DEC-12 to 01-JAN-13 will be provided, and now only validity dates are aligned to monthly cycle.
