Symptoms

The TMS 4.5.2 to 4.6.3 database upgrade fails with ** TMS THI Upgrade failed unexpectedly. Export the content of debug table TMP_TMS46_UPG_DEBUG and send to ORACLE.**


The TMP_TMS46_UPG_DEBUG table contains 7 records with error ORA-00001: unique constraint (TMS.TMS_THI_STATUS_UK1) violated - these are for the terms:
