On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM) Applications, the Outcollect Rating Pipeline rates the visiting subscriber's roaming Event Data Records (EDRs) and generates Transferred Account Procedure 3.11 (TAP3.11) to be sent to roaming partners for verification and billing purposes.
