Loading A Letter Template That is Sized 4MB and Above Does Not Work (Doc ID 1553297.1)

Goal

Is there any limit on letter template file size in Argus?  When we try to load new template file, I get the processing box and after few minutes, it becomes the blank screen.

Error log has the following associated error:
