In the Service Management Screens, The following fields cannot be defined with the value of "0.00" (or left to that default value) :

   - The "Credit Amount" field from the "Add Multi-Balance Reward" screen : Services -> Promotion Manager -> Promotion tab -> New -> Rewards tab -> Add Balance
   - The "Balance Condition" field from the "Events" screen : Services -> Promotion Manager -> Promotion tab -> New -> Events

For the Rewards, when one clicks on "Add Balance" and select a cash balance, keep the default (0.00) - The recorded value becomes "9999999.99" instead of 0.00

e.g. :

The same issue is visible in the corresponding Event tab, selecting Tracker Promotion, Event Category Threshold, keeping the default (0.00). The condition is saved as "Value = 9999999.99" instead of 0.00

Manual setting of same parameters to 0.00 causes the same issue.

Example results when keeping the default value :

  1. Rewards
  2. Thresholds

Definition of a new service involving Flash promotions or Rewards and retaining the default value.
