Sample "config_lifecycle_states.xml" File Is Not Present

Goal
On : BRM 7.5.0.0.0 version,
Being a sample file ,"config_lifecycle_states.xml" File is not present.
To create custom lifecycles for the implemented services. Documentation says that refer the sample in "BRM_Home/sys/data/config" directory.

To create a custom service life cycle:
Open the config_lifecycle_states.xml file in an XML editor or a text editor.
By default, the file is in the BRM_Home/sys/data/config directory.

But file not found in the in the above said location.
