Goal

On : 12.1.3 version, Memory Based Planner

Users are on 12.1.3 and have applied VCP 12.1.3.7 Patch 13833266 with no one offs. This is Unconstrained SPP planning and they're using 64 bit Linux MBP version MSCNWL64.ppc 120.2.12010000.223 - They do not have MSO installed. Relink of MSC is good but MSO is bad but that is okay as they're not using MSO (Constraint Based Optimization. Calendars built to 2020 or higher

A. When attempting to Run SPP plan for first time MSCNWL64 module: Memory Based Planner 64-bit Linux errors in just over 1 minute in the View Requests Screen but even the debug log file does not show any error and just stops:

Just stops here

C. If they run the SPP plan without the Assignment Set (this was created on the ASCP/SPP side), it completes successfully. Add it back in again and get failure mode

D. Had them check the Diagnostics button for the failed request and it shows the following:

Cause: The concurrent program for your request exited without calling standard Application Object Library exit routines or the process could have been terminated by the operating system.

E. Found no problems with any other concurrent request log as they all completed normally

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Launch SPP plan
2. Plan fails with no real error message in the log
3. Remove the Assignment Set from plan options the plan is successful
